Work Experience: - Min 10 Years( Sheet Metal Fabrication)
Preferred Industries: - Sheet Metal Fabrication
Reporting : Plant Head
Job & Responsibilities: -
- Must have Knowledge in Laser cutting, Bending & Fabrication work.
- Must have knowledge in Welding defects, Setting, ergonomics and Weld Quality.
- Should have knowledge in handling team of 50-100 workers.
- Will be responsible to meet the plan vs Actual Production requirement.
- Will be liable for any defects accrued during the production & its counter measures.
- Will be liable for defect free productions.
- Kaizen & Pokayoke – Min 10 per months.
- Must be liable for extra wastage in Man, Machine, Material.
- Will be liable for meeting the customer schedule for the month.
