Job & Responsibilities: -

• Must have Knowledge in Laser cutting, Bending & Fabrication work.
• Must have knowledge in Welding defects, Setting, ergonomics and Weld Quality.
• Should have knowledge in handling team of 50-100 workers.
• Will be responsible to meet the plan vs Actual Production requirement.
• Will be liable for any defects accrued during the production & its counter measures.
• Will be liable for defect free productions.
• Kaizen & Pokayoke – Min 10 per months.
• Must be liable for extra wastage in Man, Machine, Material.
• Will be liable for meeting the  customer schedule for the month.
