Job Description:
- To handle end to end Recruitment process. Employee on boarding to conducting exit formalities of employee full &; final settlement
- The candidate will be handling certain other HR activities along with recruitment.
- Employee data management
- To conduct Employee Engagement activities
- Grievance handling- to understand &resolve all employee issues
- To ensure maintenance of a Good environment and healthy culture in the organization
- Time management of employees.
- Handling Govt. notices
