Job Description:
1. We are seeking to recruit a forward thinking ambitious Sales Engineer for Electronic Security Systems to operate in Pune area (and visiting to other area) providing services to the client base.
2. The role will involve the routine Sales calls and sales closure of Electronic Security Systems and associated systems that the Company provides.
3. Targeted customers would be- Consultants (Electrical, Project Management, Turnkey Project Contractors),
4. He should be good at communication skill, negotiation and convincing skill.
5. He should be confident and pleasant personality.
6. Ideally having experience of dealing in similar systems.
Job Responsibility:
Technical
1. An experienced (minimum 2+ year) in relevant sales who will have knowledge of in Electronic Security Systems.
2. Should possess good knowledge in sales & marketing of security control systems.
3. MBA in marketing is a plus.
4. Site Survey for AMCs.
5. Experienced candidates must have knowledge of CCTV, Fire Alarm,Fire Fighting system
and Access Control Systems.
6. Knowledge of IP Surveillance, Fire Alarm, Access Control Systems & networking devices.
7. Preparing & implementing sales strategy.
8. Pro-Active Approach.
9. Regular follow up with customers to ensure customer.
10. Taking customer feedback and analyzing them for future improvements.
11. Managing a network of dealers and industrial customers Leadership Skills.
12. Should have good communication skills.
13. Should have positive attitude towards work.
14. Candidate should identify potential opportunities within client base & relevant stakeholders to accelerate business volume.
15. To meet sales target and keep tracks of the targets on quarterly basis.
16. Coordinating with other departments.
17. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via meetings/ personal visits, telephonic calls.
18. Candidate should provide professional and effective services to meet customer expectations.
19. Client retention and client servicing and reviving lost inactive or lost accounts.
20. Candidate should be energetic professional with an aptitude for selling.
21. Excellent inter-personal skills combined with a consultative approach and the ability to present solutions to client needs.
22. Ability to meet and exceed individual sales targets on a consistent basis.
23. Keep the customers fully informed on the progress of the contract deal with the entire customer request both formally and informally in a timely manner.
General
1. Willing to relocate to Pune- PCMC Area.
2. A full drivers license, self-vehicle and laptop are essential.
3. Ensure a high level of communication both written and verbal.
4. Ensure all documentation is filed at branch level both electronic and hard copy
5. Ensure that the operations adhere to group and company policies and procedures
6. A willingness to be flexible and hard working with the ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative with minimum supervision.
7. Desired excellent spoken English, good listener with the ability to think quickly and deal with complex solutions.
8. Must be able to take challenges and work independently.
9. Handling the existing and major clients ensuring recurring business by constantly being in touch.
