Job Profile: Jr. Account Executive

Educational Qualification: Commerce Graduate / Post Graduate

Office location:  Pune

Industry : IT

Experience: 1-3 years


Salary: As per industry standard.

Skill & Knowledge:

• BCom graduated with required experience, candidate shall have experience with MS Excel, and strong analytical skills, good written & verbal communication
• Efficient with MS office

Job Description:

• Invoice Preparation
• Record keeping, Vendor payment  processing as per aging
• Payment follow-up with customer, mail communication regarding Accounts issues,Taxation- GST , TDS etc working & filling the Challan & return
• Coordination with CA
• Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledge
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficient with ERP systems, including Microsoft Office
• Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
• Export & import transaction, invoices processing
