Job Description:
- The candidate should have knowledge in android application development
- The candidate should be good at requirement gathering, technical documentation, troubleshooting and support
- The candidate should be able to liaison with the customer and the development teams which may be locally or anywhere across the globe
- The candidate should have strong project management skills to work with government and non-government departments for requirements, training, troubleshooting etc….
- The candidate should be flexible to travel
Eligibility Criteria:
- 5+ years experience in Technical Support Role (Applications for the Android platform)
- At least 2 years experience developing mobile applications within the Android OS for devices or tablets
- Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues as well as replicate and document
- Strong familiarity with software configuration management systems and/or source code
- Excellent technical knowledge of Java, Android Software Development Kit (SDK) and Android Studio
- Knowledge of XML and JSON a must
- Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Material Design
- SQL
- Technical support experience for web applications
