Job Description:

• The candidate should have knowledge in android application development
• The candidate should be good at requirement gathering, technical documentation, troubleshooting and support
• The candidate should be able to liaison with the customer and the development teams which may be locally or anywhere across the globe
• The candidate should have strong project management skills to work with government and non-government departments for requirements, training, troubleshooting etc….
• The candidate should be flexible to travel

Eligibility Criteria:

• 5+ years experience in Technical Support Role (Applications for the Android platform)
• At least 2 years experience developing mobile applications within the Android OS for devices or tablets
• Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues as well as replicate and document
• Strong familiarity with software configuration management systems and/or source code
• Excellent technical knowledge of Java, Android Software Development Kit (SDK) and Android Studio
• Knowledge of XML and JSON a must
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Material Design
• SQL
• Technical support experience for web applications
