Experience: About 8 – 10 years of experience with minimum 5 years managing the projects.

Skills Required:
- Strong Knowledge and experience with: NET framework, ASP.NET, MVC, WEB API and C#. Front End Technologies JavaScript, JQUERY.
- Should have led and managed projects of more than 5 associates.
- Should have strong exposure in designing techno-functional solutions, integrating and deploying solutions.
- Should have demonstrated ability to handle teams, inspire them while meeting needs of business partners/clients.
- Appreciation of CMMI level 3 processes or above, and effective application of the same in the projects and exposure to Agile is must.
- Should manage communication and report project progress, risk and issues to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional ability to balance strategic, tactical and operational thinking and execution in a dynamically evolving business environment.
Job Description:
- Person will be accountable for development, production support and implementation related activities.(Planning, design, development and release management)
- Capturing and Documentation Requirement along with Product Owner/Manager.
- Participate and if required drive design and development decisions.
- Responsible for integration with geo-located and multi-role teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Interact with BU teams to prepare and publish project scope, objectives, project plan and schedules; develop detailed work plan and status reports.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of features.
- Must have good knowledge on Agile/Scrum with hands-on experience of minimum 2 years in agile.
- Must be able to plan & track scope for sprint till closure
- Must facilitate and participate in the Scrum ceremonies as per project defined guidelines
- Must encourage team members to attend and participate in all Scrum ceremonies and other project meetings
- Must have good interpersonal/ communication skills
- Must be flexible about working hours and work schedule.
- Should be Responsible to track all actions identified in Retrospective meetings to closure
- Should be flexible enough to help team, when necessary, to complete committed work within the Sprint
