Job description:
- Manual and automation testing of new projects.
- Work as per customer testing processes.
- Working with programmers and other specialists in the international team
Skills Required:
- Sound knowledge of Testing life cycle
- Understanding, Analyzing and Streamlining Test Requirements.
- Knowledge on different Levels of Testing (Unit Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing and Acceptance Testing, Performance testing, Load Testing and Stress Testing).
- Familiar with Functional and Non-functional Testing.
- Some hands-on on Performance Testing.
- Well versed with Test Documentation (Test Scenario, Test Case, Test Data, Defect Report, and Test Metrics, Traceability).
- Some hands-on experience in automation tool like Rest Assured.
- Knowledge of bug tracking tools such as JIRA
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Work with Business users and coordinate UAT
- Responsible for user story acceptance with Business
- Excellent client interaction and Communication skill, direct exposure to customers.
- Experience - 2-5 years of experience in above skills.
Non-Technical Skills:
- Should be a good team player & able to work in Agile team
- Having "Customer first" attitude
- Seeing customer challenges as sales opportunities
- Keen on developing existing competences as well as learn new ones
