Job Description:


  • Handle lead generation and database research related requirements for customers locally, conducting secondary research to identify potential B2B prospects with help of various online tools, directories and websites
  • Meet and/ or exceed monthly performance targets for lead generation
  • Fixing appointments with prospects (key decision makers) using social media platforms/ job sites/ cold calling/ email campaigns/ online networking.
  • Perform research on companies as a component of lead generation and qualification activities utilizing web research tools.
  • Update prospect database with conversations, competitive information, company size, and other pertinent information.
  • Perform timely follow up on email campaigns
  • Develop inside sales monthly reports in an accurate and timely fashion


Required Profile:


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with BPO/Call center would be preferred
  • Experience in cold calling (Domestic outbound)
  • Work experience with service- based IT would be an added advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience of working on online databases.
  • Expert in working on LinkedIn sales navigator and other online social media tools
  • Should have very strong verbal communication skills and strong internet research skills
  • Clear understanding of market research basics, including Primary & Secondary Research
