• Experience to work on Recruitment and Resourcing
• Sourcing and Screening candidates from various job portals.
• Line up candidates for an interview, scheduling the interview clients needs.
• Follow up with candidate and client with their requirements.
• Positive attitude towards daily work activity,
• Responsible for full life cycle Recruitment for all verticals.
• To handle End 2 End recruitment process
• Internship on Enterprise applicant tracking technology and innovative recruiting tools, source, screen, interview, and evaluate and select candidates based on skills, expertise and salary budget.
• Exposure to Industry Processes and Methodologies.
• Participate in recruitment knowledge sharing practices.

Requirements:

• Candidate Profile:
• Graduate / Post Graduate : MPM, BBA (HR), MBA (HR), PGDHRM.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Pleasing Personality
