Job Description-
1. Careful study of patient's medical history and provide a summary which is easy to browse, easy to understand the view of the patient's current medical situation.
2. Creating Patient's information summary.
3. Short textual summary of patient's major illness.
4. Also mention specific test results taken over a period of time.
Job Requirement:
- Excellent command over English, including good comprehension and grammar skills
- Meticulous approach to the work and an eye for detail
- Positive attitude towards working and learning new concepts
