- Excellent communication skill
- Proactive/ quick learner/ self-motivated
- Should have positive attitude towards Leading the sales team.
- Experience of water treatment systems / components.
- Candidates with exposure to selling allied water treatment components like pumps / valves / filters etc will also be preferred.
- Experience in working with OEMs / end customers / consultants will be preferred
- Handle independently sales through distributors/OEM/End customer for components.
- Registration / Interaction / Co-ordination with consultants/Contractors.
- Responsible for annual sales and profit plans by sale of Company products and processes in treatment portfolio.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets for the territory;
- projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new customers and products.
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Establish and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Complete regional sales operational requirements by following up on work results.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
- Reviewing professional publications
- Establishing personal networks
- Participating in professional societies.
- Leading the sales team.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
