Job Responsibility:
- Internal Rejection Data collection, monitoring, Analysis, Verification, & Closure (Daily Monthly), LLCs & Stability Check
- Responsible to conduct Line/Plant QRQC & its closure
- Instrument, Fixture, Gauges Calibration & MSA
- COPQ Monitoring & Reduction
- Layout Inspection & Master sample sign-off
- Control Chart (SPC) Monitoring and analysis
- On Job training to the employees
- Process Audit
- Product Audit
- Communication & Analysis supplier issues
- Customer Audits & Compliance
- Maintain customer scores & its Action Plan
- Customer complaints & Compliance, Q Alert & its communication and monitor till closure
- Customer Visits (From CCPL to Customers)
- Sales Return & Its Analysis
- Updating of CP, PFMEA, SOP, etc.. (Q Documents)
- Customer Specific Requirements like CCL,KPCL,CSL & Valeo
- Customer Interface matrix
- Training to the operator on complaints
- 8D closure with documents updation
- Responsible for Planning, monitoring, execution or compliance of QMS requirement.
- Responsible to new product development
- Support to RQA function / Supplier Issues
- Responsibilities are not limited only to above criteria
