Job Profile: Jr. Software Developer
Location: Pune
Exp: 0-6 months
Educational Criteria : Completed with  BE/ Btech / Mtech / MSc / MCM / MCA / MCS (not persuing any extra qualification side by side)
Salary Budget : Up to 2 LPA (Including performance bonus)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to Visual Studio, ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and VB.NET, Responsive UI design, HTML 5 
• Create and deliver data-driven reports 
• Design, code and test new Windows and web software applications 
• Enhance existing systems by analysing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement 
• Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects 
• Investigate and develop skills in new technologies 
• Create technical specifications  
• Consult colleagues concerning maintenance and performance of software systems 
• Implement new software 
• Issue Analysis 
• Good Communication Skills

Round of interview: 

• Aptitude test: 20 questions 
• F2F Interview rounds.
